Product Overview

Bison 900g Polyurethane Adhesive (2K) is a two‑component resin and hardener system designed for bonding a wide range of construction and interior materials used in caravans, motorhomes and boats. It is suitable for applications where a durable bond is required between timber‑based boards, laminates, PVC films, insulation materials, rubber components and various interior panels.

The resin and hardener are mixed at a 5:1 ratio by weight to create a uniform adhesive mixture. Once prepared, the adhesive can be applied to one surface using a putty knife or glue spreader. For larger or textured materials, a coarse‑toothed spreader may be used. Construction boards may be fixed using spaced adhesive spots, with additional support at corners. After positioning the materials, they should be held or supported during curing. Any excess adhesive should be removed immediately.
